A condition report is only as good as the eye that wrote it. The technician we dispatch carries thirty-five years of glass trade behind the clipboard — when the verification needs a judgment made, not just a condition recorded, it gets made while they are standing in the space.

Openings, returns, curb slope and wall bow go into the report at ±1/16", taken with laser instruments after tile and finishes are up. The numbers describe the room as it stands on the visit date — the thing you verify against, not the drawing.

When a verification visit turns up a configuration question — swing or sliding or a fixed panel with a door, header or headerless, hinge side, clamp positions, where the water will actually go — the answer lands in the report in plain words, while changing course still costs nothing.

Glass, antique mirror and hardware samples come out with the technician, so the choice is made against the real tile in the real light instead of a photograph on a screen, and finishes are matched to the fixtures already in the room — then recorded, so the decision holds.

Verification is the core service and we never approach your customer on our own. When the job should end finished rather than just documented, we cut, supply and install under your name, on your paperwork.

When the building can grant access same-day, yes. Access is the constraint far more often than our schedule is, so tell us the access situation up front and we will tell you honestly what is possible. The working rule: same-day visit, report within 24h.

Yes. Portfolio and multi-unit work is routed as a single dispatch, which is both faster and materially cheaper than booking each address separately.
Yes. A COI naming the owner and managing agent is issued per building before the visit, and our field techs are OSHA-trained. Send the certificate requirements with your request and the paperwork is done before dispatch.
