Same-day slots exist when the building can let us in. Tell us the access situation and you get a straight answer, not a maybe.
How dispatch actually works here
Requests land on one board and get sorted by access, not by ZIP code. A same-day verification only happens if somebody can open the door, so the first call goes to the building contact you give us — once that window is confirmed, the COI goes out to the managing agent, a technician is routed, and the report clock starts at the visit: same-day visit, report within 24h. Portfolio addresses are batched onto a single route, so the twentieth building costs you a slot on the schedule rather than a truck for the day.
